Gershom Spengler has held management roles in highly competitive markets within both large and small companies. Along with other professional and entrepreneurial pursuits, he has been involved with the Waterfront Professional Park in multiple capacities since its inception.

Through his long-time affiliation with The Waterfront Professional Park, he has assisted with the oversight of the construction budgets, rent rolls, marketing, leasing, and financing activities. Currently, he is responsible for overseeing all the day-day operations of the professional park as well as assisting to secure the necessary financing for the newest addition to the professional park.

Mr. Spengler holds an MBA from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and a BS in accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He is an avid traveler, speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and German, an enthusiastic golfer, enjoys cooking and eating all varieties of the world’s spiciest foods, and is a big supporter of the Philadelphia Flyers.
